Mr Cobb is excellent. He is polite, knowledgeable. WIthin a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong with the toilet. He fixed the problem. I am very pleased with the service he provided at my home.

Kooline did a tremendous job on installing our new water heater and water softner. Mohammed (owner) teaches his staff all the technical aspects of the job to complete their tasks! I lived in Peoria AZ for 45 years and had all the best service people in Phoenix. I moved to Maricopa AZ about a year and have struggled with finding a good Plumbing and AC company until now. I called on a Saturday with a furnace problem and the were here within an hour Jose was the first Tech and with great courtesy and care he called in Claudio with the right tools to diagnose the problem and we had heat again. They have a project manager by the name of Scott who was instrumental in getting the job done. I would recommend this company for the great care and service to solve any problem that you might have

I had an HVAC Tech from Kooline by the name of Michael Choules come out for an inspection/maintenance of my HVAC system. I have to say Michael performed to most detailed and comprehensive inspection I’ve EVER experienced! In addition, he was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I signed up for their 3-year VIP Maintenance plan before he left. Kooline’s customer service sets the standard!

As a disabled Marine Corps veteran dealing with chronic pain, everyday tasks can be incredibly challenging. This holiday season, I found myself facing a major problem when my main water supply line sprang a leak just two days before Christmas. I was already stressed out and uncertain how to handle the situation. That’s when I called Kooline Plumbing. Even though Kooline was fully booked, they didn’t just brush me off like most companies would. Instead, they promised that a technician would call me, and sure enough, Christopher a tech from Kooline reached out. He took the time to walk me through several possible solutions, showing incredible knowledge and patience. I was relieved and already satisfied with just the options he provided. But Christopher, a veteran himself, wasn't satisfied and ensured Kooline didn’t stop there. They went above and beyond. Knowing that I wouldn’t have access to water over the holiday break—since my water company couldn’t help until after Christmas—they refused to leave me without options. On the same day, Don a technician came out to diagnose the problem. We were ready for a solution but because of the damage and my uncommon piping size it wouldn't be possible without the correct parts. Even with this knowledge Don tried multiple temp fixes and stayed until well after sunset all just to allow us the ability to shower that night. Again we were completely satisfied with their efforts but even with a partial solution, Don was not satisfied. That same night the owner himself Mohammed gave us a call to wish us Happy Holidays and to personally promise that everything would be solved in the morning ensuing we could rest easy. Then on Christmas Eve—of all days—I woke up to not one, but THREE Kooline employees ready to tackle the problem! They were all friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping, not just making a quick buck. They treated us like family. Thanks to Kooline, we not only had our water restored, but they took a mountain of stress off our shoulders during what could have been a very stressful and difficult holiday season. I cannot express how much their kindness and professionalism means to us. Not only did they solve our problem but they turned what could have been a nightmare into an absolute blessing, and for that, we are forever grateful. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that is reliable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, look no further than Kooline Plumbing. Service was good

Claudio did a great job inspecting both my HVAC units to insure there were no issues & that everything was functioning properly. He was kind & courteous of my home, even taking the time to explain his findings with me so I was aware of the state of my units. Thankfully everything is working great, but I know if an issue comes up, I'll be calling Kooline Plumbing, Heating & Air to take care of it!

I am not happy at all. After the technician left & the tenants was able to get water for her water heater, the water heater still leaked. The neighborhood next door repaired it. Now it doesn't leek at all.

Kooline is a great company to work with. They know what they’re doing and they will do it right. It pays to have a trusted company do your work the right way the first time. I highly recommend them. They are very kind and accommodating and easy to work with as far as scheduling also.

Kooline has always provided excellent customer service and very professional

I called at 8:35 am to get someone to come look at my AC that woke me at 4 am, it was making a loud noise. She told me that she could have someone there by 9! Claudio got here right at 9! And of course, it was running whisper quiet when we walked to the unit! But he had me turn it down so it would shut off. That recreated what woke me! So, he fixed that and then proceeded to go to the attic to make sure everything was in order up there. Then, he came down and had me to turn the heat on, just to make sure I was good to run that this winter! This company definitely knows how to do customer service! What a pleasure to deal with them! You will not be disappointed if you call them!
